AnySoft is a cloud platform from AnySoft Limited, a software company in Hamilton, New Zealand, with three products: AnyPrint replaces print servers with cloud print management, AnyScan replaces scan-to-folder workflows with scan to SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive or a Windows share, and AnyDrive replaces mapped file servers by mounting that cloud storage as a Windows drive. #### How much does AnySoft cost in the United States? AnyPrint is US$3 per user per month or US$4 per workstation per month. AnyScan is US$35 per destination per month with unlimited scans and users. AnyDrive is US$3 per user per month. Prices exclude tax; there are no setup fees, no usage caps and no long-term contracts. #### Do I need a VPN, open firewall ports or an on-premise server? No. Every AnySoft product uses outbound-only connections from a lightweight agent, so there are no inbound firewall rules, no VPN and no print server or file server to maintain. #### Can a managed service provider run AnySoft for several clients? AnySoft is multi-tenant, so an MSP creates and manages a separate tenant for each client from the AnySoft Partner Centre, buys licences at partner pricing and allocates them per customer, and sees seat, user and activity reporting for every client. Printers, users and rules are managed in each client's own tenant portal. #### How long does it take to deploy AnySoft? Most organisations are printing, scanning or opening files within an hour of signing up. Deployment is agent-based: install the agent, connect printers or storage in the portal, and users keep working the way they already do. No network redesign and no new hardware are needed. #### Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card? AnySoft is free to start and no credit card is needed.
