AnyPrint is A$5 per user per month or A$7 per workstation per month. AnyScan is A$50 per destination per month with unlimited scans and users. AnyDrive is A$5 per user per month. Prices exclude GST; there are no setup fees, no usage caps and no long-term contracts.
There are no setup fees, no minimum term and no usage caps: AnyPrint includes unlimited print jobs and printers, AnyScan unlimited scans and users per destination, and AnyDrive unlimited file access per user. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
A destination is one configured target folder such as a SharePoint document library, a OneDrive or Google Drive folder, or an SMB share on a Windows server. You pay per destination per month, however many people scan to it and however many pages they scan.
Per-user and per-workstation AnyPrint pricing can be mixed per site and changed later. Teams typically license named staff per user and shared devices such as reception or ward PCs per workstation.
Published prices are in AUD and excluding GST. Billing is monthly and invoices are emailed automatically; you can pay by credit card, or by direct billing if you are an approved partner. What you see on this page is what you pay.
AnySoft is free to start and no credit card is needed. Sign up in the portal, deploy, and only move to a paid plan if you choose to: there is no automatic charge when a trial ends. Trial length and conditions are set out in the Terms of Service.
