AnyPrint holds each job in the cloud until the staff member authenticates at the printer with a QR code or PIN, so patient records only print when the person who sent them is standing at the device. Jobs are encrypted in transit and every release is logged.
AnyPrint assigns printers to either the staff member or the workstation, and can assign them automatically by location, WiFi network or hostname. Shared ward and reception PCs are licensed per workstation, roaming clinicians per user, and both models can be mixed per site.
AnyScan delivers scans from any network MFP to SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive or a Windows file server in 1 to 2 seconds, so a scanned form lands in the folder your practice or clinical system already reads from. Rules restrict which destinations, senders and file types are allowed, and every scan is recorded.
AnyDrive merges SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive into one mapped drive in Windows Explorer with near-local speed, so staff open records the way they always have while existing Microsoft and Google permissions stay in force. On-site Windows shares remain reachable through AnyScan for scanning.
