AnyPrint features
Manage printers, users, and jobs, all from the cloud
Stop juggling print servers and group policies. With AnyPrint, everything is centralised in one cloud portal. Add printers, assign users, configure policies, and see real-time activity instantly, from anywhere.
Print anywhere,
deliver anywhere
AnyPrintโs agent-based architecture ensures jobs are delivered securely, whether users are at HQ, in a branch, or working from home. No VPNs, no clunky workarounds. Just seamless routing.
Print securely with
QR code + PIN release
Protect sensitive documents by requiring users to authenticate at the printer before jobs are released. With AnyPrint, secure release works on any network-enabled printer, with no proprietary hardware required.
Deploy printers
intelligently with smart rules
Assign printers based on users, devices, or dynamic rules like network CIDR, WiFi SSID, or hostname. Perfect for roaming staff and multi-location environments.
- Automate printer assignments
- Reduce setup overhead for IT
- Scale deployments without complexity
Live ink & toner stats, updated every few minutes
Stay ahead of downtime with live consumable monitoring. AnyPrint agents read consumable levels from your printers over SNMP and send them to the portal every three minutes, giving you visibility across your entire fleet.
Print to USB
printers too
Plug a USB printer into a Windows computer running the AnyPrint agent and set it up from the portal alongside your network printers. AnyPrint finds the USB port and pairs the queue with the connected printer automatically.
Track and allocate
print costs with ease
Assign print jobs to cost centres, departments, customers, or clients. Whether you need internal chargebacks or customer billing, AnyPrint makes cost tracking effortless.

Migration path
AnyPrint can replace or coexist with your existing print server, so you move at your own pace.
1. Run alongside your print server
Install the AnyPrint agent next to the existing print server. Nothing on the old side changes while you look around the portal.
2. Move printers gradually
Add printers to AnyPrint one site or one department at a time. Legacy queues keep working for everything you have not moved yet.
3. Retire the server
When the last queue has moved, switch the print server off. Deployment rules, drivers and secure release now live in the cloud.
Requirements and compatibility
What AnyPrint needs from your environment, and what it works with out of the box. Full requirements and setup steps are in the AnyPrint documentation.
Workstations
A lightweight AnyPrint agent runs on Windows and macOS. No print server, VPN or inbound firewall rule is needed.
Printers
Network printers and multifunction devices from most makes and models, including the HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Kyocera and Ricoh devices you already own, plus USB printers attached to a Windows computer running the AnyPrint agent.
Drivers
A built-in driver library covers common models. Upload your own driver for anything else and AnyPrint deploys it to every workstation.
Connectivity
Agents make outbound-only, encrypted connections to the AnyPrint cloud. Home, branch and head-office networks all print without a VPN.

Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers on how AnySoft works, what it costs, and how it fits your setup.
AnyPrint is cloud print management that replaces your print server: one cloud dashboard for printers, users, policies and costs, secure print release by QR code or PIN, rule-based printer deployment, live ink and toner levels and cost allocation by department, cost centre or client, across network printers and USB printers attached to Windows computers running the AnyPrint agent.
AnyPrint costs A$5 per user per month or A$7 per workstation per month, excluding GST, with unlimited print jobs and unlimited printers on both. There are no setup fees, no usage caps and no long-term contract; you can cancel at any time.
AnyPrint works with most network printer makes and models, and with USB printers attached to a Windows computer running the AnyPrint agent, so you keep the printers you already own. It ships with a built-in driver library and lets you upload custom drivers for anything unusual. Printers are added in the portal and deployed to users by rules such as network, WiFi SSID or hostname.
Migration is gradual: AnyPrint can coexist with your current print server, so you move printers to the cloud site by site or printer by printer while the rest stay on the legacy system. Once every printer is in AnyPrint the old server can be switched off. Nothing has to be cut over in one night.
AnyPrint agents stay in sync with the AnySoft cloud over an outbound connection. A job to an online printer without secure release prints directly over the local network, and only its job details are sent to the cloud; a job held for secure release, or sent to an offline printer, is uploaded to the cloud, so that path needs internet access. Nothing is hosted on site and no inbound firewall rule is required. Jobs held for secure release wait in the cloud until the user releases them at the printer.
AnyPrint is built for hybrid work: staff print from the office, home or another branch and the job is routed across networks, encrypted in transit, with no VPN. The AnyPrint agent runs on Windows and macOS, and staff print from a workstation with the agent installed. Printing from phones, tablets or a guest web upload is not available today.
Both pricing models can be mixed per site and changed later. Many teams start per user and move shared devices such as ward or reception PCs to per-workstation pricing once they see how printing is actually used.
