It runs on Windows only; there is no macOS or mobile client, and administrators manage it from the AnySoft web portal.
AnyDrive costs A$5 per user per month, excluding GST, with unlimited file access and unlimited cloud providers per user. There are no setup fees, no usage caps and no long-term contract.
No. AnyDrive streams files on demand and uses intelligent caching, so folders and files open at near-local speed without a sync client, a sync queue or local disk being consumed by copies of the library. Office documents open, edit and save in place, with real-time co-authoring.
AnyDrive signs each user in with their own Microsoft or Google account and uses provider-issued tokens, so existing SharePoint, OneDrive and Google Drive permissions apply unchanged: no elevation and no bypass. Connections are outbound-only and encrypted in transit, and there are no inbound ports to open.
Administrators define virtual folder mappings per user or group, merging specific SharePoint sites, OneDrive folders and Google Drive folders into one drive view. Users only see the folders mapped to them, and several providers appear side by side under one drive letter.
AnyDrive installs silently through the device management you already use, such as Intune or Group Policy, and users sign in with their own accounts on first run. Mappings defined by the administrator appear automatically, so there is nothing new for staff to learn.
